When you are seeking a consultation, you should call us directly at 905-393-7546 or 905-631-5956. Alternatively, you can email laserspagroup@gmail.com or info@laserspagroup.com. You will speak to or receive a call from one of our friendly Patient Care Coordinators and they will book you an appointment and provide you with instructions so that you may complete your medical intake form online prior to coming in to save time during your personalized consultation. This will include a medical history as well as a cosmetic section where you are able to express your concerns on our new app called TouchMD, you can review information about TouchMD below. You will then receive a reminder by text and email prior to your appointment. There is no consultation fee for this visit, however to ensure that your time with our Consultants is allotted properly, please allow 60 minutes during the consultation so that you have her undivided attention. COVID 19 Policy
Corona virus (COVID 19) Infection Prevention and Control Policy
This policy has been drawn up in response to the current pandemic using current guidelines and legislation available. All of these additional procedures have been implemented to ensure the highest standard of health and safety towards our clients and staff. We will continue to take advice from the industry, government and Public Health regarding all safe practices.
At Laser Spa Group our priority is to keep all our staff and clients as safe as possible during their visit to us. As we get ready for reopening some important changes have been implemented.
Appointments
If anyone working at LSG becomes ill or shows symptoms of COVID-19 we will self-isolate immediately. This will mean that we may have to rearrange your appointment at short notice. This may cause inconvenience, but it is done for your own health and safety. We will rebook your appointment with us as soon as possible, and you will take priority over any new inquiries. If any of the people in your household feel ill or display any symptoms of COVID-19, please tell us as soon as possible, and do not come into the salon for your appointment.
Visiting us
For your health and safety please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. Do not arrive early. If you arrive too early you may come into contact with other clients who are leaving.
Infection Control
Increased cleaning of the treatment rooms and working areas will take place, including cleaning of all common surfaces such as door handles etc. These will be disinfected between each client.
All equipment will be disinfected or sterilized in line with specific manufacturers or industry guidelines for your health and safety.
Where possible we will use eco-friendly sustainable single use items. These will be disposed of according to the supplier’s guidelines to ensure you are protected from cross infection.
You will have access to hand sanitizer and we ask that you use it immediately upon arriving and before leaving. We will wear a facemask during your appointment and request that you also wear a facemask unless the mask will restrict the treatment. e.g. facials. If you choose to wear disposable gloves, we will respect your decision.
Please do not be offended if we are wearing PPE (personal protective equipment.) This may include gloves, facemask, visor and/or a disposable apron. This will be dependent on the treatment, being provided. All reusable equipment such as towels will be washed at 60 degrees with added laundry cleanser to ensure 99.9% of bacteria is killed. All disposable items will be bagged and removed from the room between each client.
During your treatment
We will ensure our hands are thoroughly sanitized, current with Public Health guidelines, prior to the start of your treatment. We are confident that we will be able to provide our treatment at our usual high standards whilst ensuring your health and safety.
If you have any concerns prior to your treatment, please do let us know as we may be able to adapt them slightly in order to put your mind at rest and provide an enjoyable experience.
After your treatment
In order to avoid handling cash, we prefer payment by card for the foreseeable future. We will, however, accept cash if you have no other method of payment.

Please note this policy will be subject to annual review or sooner dependent on Government guidelines. If any of the legislation or regulations change the updates will be communicated to all clients via email and posted on our Facebook pages.
