The $25 Referral Credit can be used towards any regular priced service but cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
When referring your friend, family member, or colleague, be sure to tell them to write your full name on their paperwork. This is important to remember because this is the only way you can earn your $25 credit. Due to the Patient Privacy Act (also known as HIPAA) under no circumstances can we confirm or deny that anyone has been to Laser Spa Group, regardless of your relation to the person, so we can only rely on what is recorded on a new client’s paperwork.
We also offer 50$ referral credits for our tattoo removal services. Please ask the Front Desk representative if you know someone looking to remove a tattoo, they will automatically receive a 50$ credit towards their treatment, and YOU will also receive 50$ towards your next tattoo removal treatment. These referral cards are available at the front desk. What a great way to share the love for LSG!
HOW WILL LASER SPA GROUP KNOW IF I HAVE REFERRED SOMEONE?
On the Patient Questionnaire that is completed during the first appointment of every new client, your name should be written in the space provided for “Whom may we thank for referring you”.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY $25 FOR REFERRING SOMEONE TO LASER SPA GROUP?
The referral program is processed at the end of each month. For example, if your referral had their first appointment at Laser Spa Group in March, you would receive your $25 credit banked in your profile during the first week of April. We also have perforated referral cards available at the front desk. Please ask our Clinic Coordinators for help.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO REDEEM MY $25 REFERRAL CREDIT?
Nothing, there is no need to print it out or show us your email. Our system keeps track of our referral program so your $25 Referral Credit will be saved on file for you. All you have to do is let us know you want to use it when you are paying for a treatment.
SOMEONE I REFERRED TO LASER SPA GROUP CAME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT BUT WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A $25 REFERRAL GIFT CREDIT?
You haven’t provided your email address to Laser Spa Group or you unsubscribed to our mailing list. To update your contact information, please call 905-393-7546 or email laserspagroup@gmail.com
The person you referred didn’t write your name on their Patient Questionnaire. If this is the case, the only thing you can do to receive your $25 Gift Credit is to have your referral contact us to update their information. Please understand that due to HIPAA laws we cannot be involved in this verification process.
CAN I USE MY $25 REFERRAL GIFT CREDIT WITH OTHER OFFERS, PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS?
No, unfortunately we can only redeem up to 4 Referral Gift Credit at a time (totalling 100$) and they cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. However, Referral Gift Credits never expire so you can save it for any time.
WHAT IF I WAS REFERRED TO LASER SPA GROUP BY TWO PEOPLE?
We can only give 1 person a $25 Gift Credit for referring you – it is your choice of who should get credit for it.
Points to Consider:
You can refer as many Friends as you like! The 25$ referral cards for either you, or your friend is limited to one credit use per one treatment / appointment, and is not in conjunction with any other offer and is only valid on full priced treatments and is not redeemable on products, only services.
