No you’re not dreaming… this is for real and our Skin365 Spa Membership Program makes it all happen for you. Your skin is the largest organ of your body, as well as the most visible. That’s why it’s so important to take good care of it your entire life. Just as you probably get your hair cut regularly, and stop in for a manicure or pedicure from time to time, you need to take care of your skin on a routine basis in order to correct and prevent the signs of aging.

The fountain of youth for your skin can be as simple as using good daily skin care products and getting non-invasive treatments on a consistent ongoing basis.

A Spa Membership makes it possible to incorporate regular services into a personal wellness program such facials to promote healthy skin, and for its therapeutic benefits such as promotion of healing, and relief of stress. Spa Members are entitled to significant discounts on all treatments and on the full line of our Cosmeceuticals – SkinCeuticals as well as our mineral makeup, Colorescience and other exclusive product lines available at the clinic such as Oxygentix, Vita Liberata, Elta MD and more. You regularly receive a 5% – 15% discount on all spa treatments, and a 5% – 15% discount on all products, and invitations to fun Member events.

At Laser Spa Group we have made this an affordable reality with our new Skin365 membership programs. Choosing the program that meets your needs and budget will give you access to regular maintenance treatments and additional discounts on products and other corrective services you may need. These programs will simplify what you do on a routine basis and will keep your friends asking why you don’t seem to look any older.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Memberships are not exchangeable, transferable or refundable.

In certain circumstances. initiate a freeze, simply complete the Membership Freeze Request form in our office a minimum of 7 days prior to the first of the month in which the member wishes to freeze the membership.

This is allowed when extenuating circumstances exist, such as illness or seasonal residency ONLY. We will not issue a freeze unless that criteria is met! Memberships may be unfrozen at any time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. When a membership
is frozen, a member may not use his/her membership benefits or accrue their treatments for the duration of the freeze. (carry-over the previous months’ treatments to the following month). A member must be in good standing to be eligible for a freeze. A minimum of 6 membership payments must have been made pior to a membership being eligible to be frozen. You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months.Memberships may be unfrozen at anytime, at least 30 days after the freeze start date or will automatically recommence on the pre-determined freeze end date. At the end of the membership freeze term, your dues will continue with your next schedule electronic funds transfer date. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time your membership was frozen. Only one complimentary freeze permitted per term. Additional freeze periods will incur a $50 administration fee.

You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to reenroll for a minimum period of one year. You must be enrolled a minimum of 12 months before you can cancel. If you are a member more than 12 regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services until they are used. These spa credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services. Any upgrades under the Platinum Membership or any others may only be redeemed until all 12 months of your contract commitment have been paid in full.

Members are required to sign an authorization credit card process agreement. Payment is withdrawn automatically the last full week of the month and generally on a Monday. This is done to allow time for your credit card payment to be processed and approved so you can have your credit available the 1st of the month. For this reason we recommend that you do not use a debit card for your Membership Program. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the front desk. Memberships are sold in one year increments. All registration fees are paid in full at the time of purchase. One-Time registration fee is only $100 plus monthly membership charges.

For as long as you want it be. You are a member until you notify us to cancel. Membership contracts are established for 12 months, and are auto-renewing so it is completely hassle-free!

You may upgrade or downgrade only one time during your membership. For example, you can downgrade to the $129 Gold Membership Program but you will not be able to upgrade it again, or you can upgrade to the $279 Platinum Membership and you cannot downgrade it again. Can my family or friend get my Membership pricing? Your Membership Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 5-10% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or 2 family members

If a member must cancel an appointment, the member will be accommodated at the next open time in the schedule. You will be charged $75 for missed or late notice of cancellation (less than 72 hours notice as per our cancellation policy). If late notice or missed appointments occurs, the membership service booked will be considered used for the month. All other member benefits will still be available. *Rule of thumb is if you think you may not be able to keep the appointment cancel it. Should things change you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.

Laser Spa Group Memberships are provided for men and woman ages 18 and up.

Membership Considerations

 

  • In the event your regular technician or service provider is not available, a substitute technician will be made available.
  • Monthly Discounts are only available on regular priced services or products not to be combined with any other promotion or offers in the clinic
  • Once a time slot is given, an alternative time slot may not be guaranteed.
  • If a member wishes to add on to a member service, the Clinic Coordinator must be notified of all added treatments prior to service, unless the technician can accommodate at the time of service.
  • No substitutions or changes of any kind to the treatment menu.
  • All other booking extra guests or special needs may be requested through our Clinic Coordinator.
  • Increases of fees may be made at any time, to any membership, but will not be applied until a Member’s next anniversary.
  • Change or deletion of a membership type may be done at our discretion at any time, whether list of service and change in structure of the program but will not be applied until members next anniversary.
  • We reserve the right to change specific procedures at any time and will provide an appropriate alternative.
  • Treatments must be used per the Membership agreement schedule and cannot be accrued or transferred to the following month.
  • Each member may have 1-2 guest visits per year depending on membership
  • Guest passes are not to be used or transferred as ‘gift cards’ for friends. Guest passes are only available to those who bring the guest into the clinic during your own selected services.
  • All Laser Spa Group Memberships are purchased, booked and maintained through our Clinic Coordinator. Call our Clinic Coordinator for questions, add-on services, special requests, or a pre-booking tour.
  • Our Clinic Coordinator is available to recommend and arrange hotel accommodations, as well as restaurant reservations for any guest.
  • We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service and encourage you to give us your feedback so we may continue to serve you in beauty and wellness.
